THE COUNTY
Prince Edward County (PEC) is about so much more than wineries. Here's a short & sweet summary of what you can find in the County!
Natural beauty: Beaches including the Sandbanks. Although the Sandbanks are the most known, it is only one of many.
*Guests of LBV: You will be provided with a free parking permit that guarantees you access to the beach on busy days.
Wellness: Reiki and sound baths in a yurt, a reformer studio, and yoga on the water.
*Guests of LBV: When staying at LBV, you will have your own private sauna, ice bath, and hot yoga, hot pilates, and hot spin all on property.
Outdoor activities: The Millennium Trail is a 46 km route that spans the whole of The County. Spring through fall - walk, jog, run, bike, or ATV. Winter - snowshoe or cross-country ski.
*Guests of LBV: We can recommend a few trusted partners who provide bike rentals.
Food: There are delicious restaurants and bakeries opened by known restauranteurs who made it big in cities like Toronto, but they've since traded in city life for county life.
*Guests of LBV: You will get to enjoy some treats from the most popular bakery in the County. More detail provided upon booking. :)
Drink: Of course, the wineries. But also, absolutely delicious cideries and micro-breweries. And to start your day, a handful of delicious and trendy coffee shops.
*Guests of LBV: You will always arrive to a fresh delivery of coffee beans from a local roastery. So wanting to have a lazy morning at LBV doesn't mean having to compromise on your quality of coffee.
